Our School in Vista
North County Self Defense offers karate and self-defense instruction for children, teens, and adults at our studio at 35 Main Street, Suite 120, Vista, CA 92083. Our programs are designed to meet students at their current experience level, whether they are stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to training after a break.
We offer a range of programs so families can find the right fit. Kids' Karate introduces children to martial arts fundamentals, Adult Karate and Krav Maga focus on practical self-defense, Kempo Karate centers on the discipline itself, and private lessons provide individualized attention. Our seasonal summer camp combines martial arts with camp activities for younger students.
